Center for Entrepreneurship at Liberty University

Host of Liberty University’s annual Spark Tank business pitch competition. Established relationships with local business owners and alumni to function as mentors for students working on building businesses.

Founder at Elevate Marketing

After two years of freelance web design, I recognized that businesses were struggling to communicate and connect with target audiences.

I began building a team of like-minded individuals and with a unique understanding of the current digital environment, we began providing digital strategy consulting to businesses. We have a loyal portfolio of clients that we provide digital strategy, social media marketing, and web design work for.

About Me

I believe in learning from everyone and am grateful for opportunities to be a sponge. Throughout my studies, I've been most interested in what makes some companies good, and others, great. I’m a big fan of Jim Collins's book on that subject and classes or experiences that stretch me in areas of project leadership, organizational behavior, team building, and conflict resolution.

As a Senior at Liberty University, I'm studying Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management, which I believe is complementary to my career ambitions of leading high performing teams within organizations and as an entrepreneur. During my time at Liberty, I've led a team of my peers in building a digital design agency where we've done a number of projects for small business clients. My experiences outside of the classroom have really drawn me to want to pursue a career in technology.

I've been so grateful to grow professionally at Skookum, a well-respected software development company based in Charlotte. From an initial high-school field trip where I toured the small development shop to joining the client development team years later and observing it's acquisition, to functioning as a product strategist for one of our Fortune 500 clients I've built many meaningful professional relationships here and experienced many facets of the organization.
